If you and your former partner have already reached an agreement about your finances, you may be wondering:

“Why should we spend thousands on solicitors when we’ve already agreed everything?”

You don’t need to start the whole process again, and you certainly don’t need to spend a fortune on local solicitors.

Our Assisted Consent Order Service is designed for couples who have already reached a financial agreement and need the appropriate legal paperwork drafted and submitted to the court on their behalf.

For a fixed fee of £399, our experienced paralegal team will:

  • Arrange for your consent order to be drafted by an SRA-regulated divorce solicitor.
  • Prepare Form A, the court application for your financial order.
  • Support you with completing the D81 (Statement of Information) – up to 30 minutes of telephone or video support.
  • Be on hand by email for both parties to contact for information and advice.
  • File the application at the court on your behalf.

Your financial consent order and supporting documents will be drafted within 21 working days of us receiving everything we need from you.
